Relationship Banker- North Bergen-River Road, NJ Financial Center - Full Time

Job Description: This position is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking or the ATM. Accurate and efficient cash processing, building client relationships, and driving an exceptional client experience are core responsibilities. Responsibilities Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results. Excellent collaboration skills, building and nurturing strong relationships. Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients. Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours and to be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry, products, and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s degree or a business‑relevant associate’s degree such as business management, business administration or finance. Minimum Education High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Schedule & Compensation Shift: 1st shift. Hours per week: 40. Location: 7311 River Rd, North Bergen-River Road BC (NJ).
