We serve a diverse clientele-ranging from large publicly held corporations to closely held businesses-and offer a progressive, growth-oriented environment that values both technical expertise and strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement Supervision: Plan, schedule, and supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards.Quality Control & Review: Perform detailed reviews of tax returns, workpapers, and targeted tax research projects.Client Management: Build and maintain direct client relationships, handling budgets and production goals for your assigned book of business.Team Leadership: Provide hands-on training, direction, and oversight to staff, maintaining open communication regarding project status and timeline milestones.Advisory Support: Maintain deep technical expertise across relevant tax areas to support consulting initiatives and special projects.RequirementsExperience: 6+ years of dedicated experience in public accounting.Education & Credentials: BSBA in Accounting; active CPA certification required.Software Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks, ProSystem fx Tax, and MS Office (Word and Excel).Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
