Part-Time Business Operations Associate - NV

Ibotta is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the operations side of the business and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on best practices and procedures when it comes to our campaign setup and performance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application
• Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures
• Anticipate issues and provides alternative methods of setup or delivery
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates/educates impacted departments effectively
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams
• Work closely with Analytics department to target content to unique segments of consumers
• Identify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce Ibotta's operational costs

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel, Attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently
• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues
• Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively

Schedule Information

• This is a fully remote role, candidates must live in Nevada
• Work schedule will consist of up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• We are currently hiring for a 2pm-7pm MT shift, however department hours are 7am-7pm MT. Candidates must be willing to work any shift within that window if needed
• Applicants must be willing to work one weekend day if needed
• Applicants must be 18 or older to be eligible for this position
• Applicants must have access to reliable internet

• Compensation: $17.50/hr.
