Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

This position requires coverage for the night shift, from 6 PM to 6 AM. Candidates must be adaptable and prepared to work in a rural environment.

Provide respiratory care for adult patients in both the ICU and medical-surgical units.

Attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries.

Administer therapies using BiPAP, ventilators, and Vapotherm equipment.

Deliver basic respiratory therapy as needed.

Collaborate effectively with nursing and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.

Experience in adult ICU and medical-surgical environments preferred.

Comfortable and proficient in the use of respiratory equipment including BiPAP, ventilators, and Vapotherm.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.

Given the rural setting, candidates should be resourceful and adaptable, prepared to handle a variety of patient care situations effectively.
