What You'll Do:
As an RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist, you will perform vital respiratory therapy procedures, conduct neuro diagnostics, and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Your expertise will help diagnose and treat complex conditions, ensuring patients receive the highest quality care in a fast-paced, rewarding setting.


Required Skills:

• Current state license as an RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• Certified in BLS and ACLS
• Proficiency in neuro diagnostic procedures and respiratory therapy techniques
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
• Previous work in neuro diagnostics or critical care environments
• Additional certifications such as CRT or specializations in respiratory therapy

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• At least 2 years' experience as a licensed RRT in a hospital or clinical setting
• Experience with emergency response and team-based care

Other Requirements:

• Availability for night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00)
• Willingness to participate in emergency team assignments, including being on call or relief teams as needed
• Must be comfortable with potential weekend coverage on a rotating basis
