Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation on progress and services provided
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required
