JOB DETAILS Med Cart / Charge Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for 2nd and 3rd Shift Immediate Openings

• Must successfully pass background check and drug screening
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform resident assessments and document care electronically
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to physicians and responsible parties
• Order medications and coordinate with pharmacy services
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Provide wound care and other nursing treatments
• Collect and process lab specimens
