If tackling tough diagnostics on excavators, bulldozers, and loaders sounds like your kind of challenge, this role in Darien, GA is for you. Picture arriving on site, confirming a fault with a smart inspection, decoding a schematic, and getting machines back to work—safely, quickly, and correctly.
Your impact- Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on heavy equipment to maximize uptime.
- Diagnose failures across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems and implement durable fixes.
- Conduct thorough safety and functionality inspections before and after service.
- Capture precise maintenance and repair notes for a complete service history.
- Work hand-in-hand with teammates to triage, prioritize, and schedule work.
- Continuously learn and apply advancements in heavy equipment technologies.
- Model safety-first habits and maintain a neat, hazard-free work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education/certification in heavy equipment mechanics preferred.
- Demonstrated experience servicing heavy equipment or similar machinery.
- Expertise with hydraulics, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Exceptional troubleshooting ability with keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency operating heavy machinery safely.
- Strong communicator and reliable teammate.
