Administrative Assistant — Payroll & HR Support

$24 - $30 per hour

Bayshore Construction Company

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support across payroll processing, human resources, and project administration. This is a hands‑on role that blends payroll expertise with day‑to‑day administrative responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process regular payroll and ensure timely, accurate wage disbursement in compliance with federal and Washington State regulations. Prepare and submit certified payroll reports as required for applicable projects. Perform data entry and record‑keeping within Viewpoint construction management software. Support human resources functions including employee benefits administration and new hire onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation and filing. Provide general administrative support to operations and project management staff.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Payroll processing experience required. Washington State Certified Payroll — preferred. Viewpoint experience preferred but not required. HR & benefits administration. New hire onboarding. Data entry accuracy. Microsoft Office Suite. Organized & self‑directed. Experience with prevailing wage and public works projects a plus. Familiarity with Washington State labor laws and certified payroll requirements is highly valued.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
