Description:
• The Licensed Practical Nurse role involves providing medication management, clinical support, and participant education in a community-based psychiatric setting.
• This position is a Contract-to-Perm opportunity located in Philadelphia, PA, requiring onsite presence.
• Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania LPN license and have prior experience in mental health settings.

Requirements:
• Current, active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior experience in community mental health settings or with psychiatric populations.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel locally and participate in scheduled emergency on-call services.
• Strong understanding of psychiatric clinical environments.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and safely position participants.

Qualifications:
• Experience with co-occurring disorders in psychiatric populations.
• Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation practices.
• Ability to respond appropriately during crisis intervention situations.
• Physical capability to handle emergencies or inclement weather situations.
