Job Description:


- Shift: 19:00 - 07:00
- Unit Information:
- Location: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214
- Floor: 2
- Building: Main Entrance
- Number of Beds: 26
- Total Staff: 112


- Staffing Breakdown:
- Day Shift: 1 CNC (TL), 14 nurses, 2-3 ST, 2 unit clerks
- Night Shift: 1 CNC (TL), 12 nurses, 2 ST, 1 unit clerk


- Patient Ratios:
- 1:1 for high-risk labor c-sections
- 1:2 for antepartum, PPROM, PTL on mag, PP on mag
- 1:3 for PP mag no baby


- Equipment Used:
- Alaris pumps
- PCA pumps
- Monica Novii telemetry
- CPN (GE) monitor


- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech / CPN

- Qualifications:
- Must Have:
- Minimum 1-year current hospital L&D RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM-C or AWHONN


- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with circulating C-sections
- High-risk LDR experience


- Typical Procedures:
- C-sections
- Inductions
- AROM, IUPC, DFM and Doppler

- Ideal Candidate:
