About the Role:
LEITE DONUTS INC in Middletown, RI is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and other drinks to customer specifications
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service
• Operate espresso machines, brewers, and other café equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace and service area
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
