Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to treat a diverse caseload of orthopedic and neurologic conditions across all age groups.
Details

Outpatient clinic setting serving pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Caseload size of 50-60 patients per week
Utilizes group/concurrent therapy and screening for building caseload
Performs gross motor assessments
Treats orthopedic conditions including Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, post-operative back pain, calf strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures, low back pain, headache, meniscus tear, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff conditions, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, and total joint replacement
Treats neurologic conditions including brachial plexus injury, concussion, CVA, degenerative diseases, muscular dystrophy, MS, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, TBI, and vestibular/vertigo disorders
Schedule includes 10-7 shifts on at least two days, 8-5 on Fridays, with the remaining two days flexible between 10-7 or 8-5
5x8s totaling 40 hours per week with a 30-minute meal break
No on-call requirements
Uses NextGen EMR
Requirements

Required outpatient PT experience
New graduates or candidates with 1+ year of experience considered
License required if applicable
Experience with group/concurrent therapy preferred
NextGen EMR experience preferred
