Responsibilities : Lead and support business development activities, including identification, proposal development and other pursuit activitiesManage and support delivery of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to project, program, portfolio and change managementManage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost Management policiesDevelop, define and deliver advisory methodologies for project, program, portfolio and change management servicesManage and mentor junior advisory staff; adhere to professional practice requirementsManage small to medium sized team delivering large business transformation projectsQualifications : Minimum eight years of recent experience with project, program, portfolio and change management within a major a consulting firm and experience leading large scale business transformation projects with specific SAP experienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; PMP, Certified BA, and/or ScrumMaster Certification a plusExperience with business development, solution development, project/program management and project delivery increasing roles and responsibilities in energy and oil & gas sectorsExperience with managing a performance/practice management team; strong understanding of the software development life cycle; excellent written and verbal communication skillsTravel may be up to 80-100%Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
