As a Certified Caregiver, you'll play an important role in helping residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Building meaningful relationships through compassionate, personalized care
Encouraging residents to participate in social activities and community life
Supporting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
Working alongside nurses and fellow team members to provide outstanding resident care
Current New Jersey CNA or HHA certification (Required)
At least 6 months of caregiving experience as a CNA or HHA
High School Diploma or GED
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Memory Care experience is a plus, but not required
