AI Product Lead
Infinity Quest UK
Looking for an AI Product Lead (10-12 years) with strong Product Ownership, Agile Delivery Leadership, AI/GenAI/LLM program exposure, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and experience leading cross-functional enterprise teams from discovery through production deployment. Experience in AI governance, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise-scale digital transformation is preferred.
Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
- 10-12 years of overall experience in Product Delivery, Product Ownership, or Technical Delivery leadership.
- Experience leading Agile delivery teams/squads with backlog ownership and sprint planning.
- Strong Product Owner/Product Lead experience translating business requirements into user stories, backlog, and delivery roadmap.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI initiatives with understanding of:
- LLMs
- RAG
- Prompt Engineering
- AI solution lifecycle
- Stakeholder management experience working with Business, IT, Architects, and Delivery teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams comprising developers, data scientists, QA, and platform teams.
- Technical understanding of:
- APIs
- Integrations
- Enterprise applications
- Software architecture
- Experience driving projects from discovery through production deployment.
- Strong Jira and Agile methodology experience.
- Excellent communication and fluent business English.
