Senior Consultant, Insurance - AI & Automation Atlanta, GA; Basking Ridge, NJ; Houston, TX; Lisle, IL; New York, NY; Richardson, TX; USA About the Role The applicant should have experience advising insurance client executives, both business and IT, and leading teams on insurance business process reimagination, optimization, AI, and automation engagements. Experience working on insurance business processes across multiple product lines: Life, Annuities, Brokerage, Property & Casualty (Personal and Commercial Lines), Employee Benefits, Disability Insurance, Long Term Care. Underwriting, Claims, New Business, Policy Servicing and other segments of the insurance value chain. Process reimagination, optimization, change management, design thinking techniques. Process discovery and assessment to identify improvement and automation opportunities. End‑to‑end current state mapping and future state solution creation. Business process automation engagements with insurance carriers. Implementation of intelligent automation: RPA, RDA, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP/iOCR), AI/ML, chat BOTS, GenAI. Digital transformation and modernization programs. Experience with BPMN tools such as IBM BlueWorks, Visio. Automation platform experience: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Pega Robotics, Appian. Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology. Competency in SharePoint, PowerBI, JIRA/Trello/ADO. Additional Consulting Responsibilities Client relationship and development: engage senior-level clients and communicate effectively. Client delivery: deliver high‑quality outputs on time with minimal oversight. Consulting behaviours: work independently, seize opportunities, adapt schedule, demonstrate learnability, support practice development. Core consulting skills: build compelling business cases, facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, develop focus expertise. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent. At least 5 years of relevant experience with a P&C insurer or comparable consulting services. Experience across underwriting, claims, new business, policy servicing, etc. Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Strong multitasking, stakeholder engagement, planning, and operational goal achievement. Excellent relationship‑building abilities. Collaboration experience within a global delivery model. Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies. Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree; industry‑related certifications preferred. Creative problem solver. Strategic mindset and teamwork collaboration. Estimated annual gross compensation range for candidates based in CA, WA, NY, IL, MN, NJ: $116,875 to $148,125.
