Onboarding & Compliance Specialist
Help at Home
Help at Home is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure new hires meet company, federal, and state employment requirements. You will manage onboarding for assigned applicants and create/maintain candidate profiles across HR systems to ensure timely, accurate documentation. You will perform eligibility verifications, background checks, I-9 completion, and other checks while keeping managers updated on policy changes. A collaborative team player helps support a compliant onboarding workflow. #J-18808-Ljbffr Help at Home
