Process Engineer - Industrial Automation

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and support operational excellence efforts. This role will focus on improving productivity, reducing waste, increasing throughput, and enhancing overall plant performance while also supporting capital equipment projects and facility improvements across multiple U.Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety Troubleshoot production issues and identify process improvements Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects Support equipment installations, capital projects, and operational upgrades Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve plant performance Travel up to 20% to support projects at other facilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related) ~5+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience ~ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills ~ Experience within metals manufacturing, stamping, fabrication, processing, or industrial production environments preferred ~ Lean Manufacturing experience required; Experience supporting equipment installations, process improvements, and capital projects High visibility role with direct impact on operations Opportunity to lead meaningful process improvement and CAPEX initiatives Exposure to multiple facilities and manufacturing operations If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and driving measurable results in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to connect with you.
