HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by coordinating day-to-day HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. This position assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, HR reporting, and offboarding while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. The HR Coordinator serves as a key resource for employees and managers, helping to create an efficient, compliant, and positive workplace experience. Knowledge of Human Resources principles, employment laws, and HR best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
