To drive innovative marketing strategies, the full-time Senior Marketing Director will prototype AI-powered marketing workflows, automate processes, and collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives, all while working remotely or from the Twin Cities area. Key responsibilities Prototype and launch AI-driven marketing workflows to enhance targeting and personalization Translate AI model capabilities into clear value propositions and collaborate on go-to-market strategies Create compelling content and develop internal resources to streamline team efforts and enhance community engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in product, growth, or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or AI technology Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to enhance marketing workflows Proven track record in designing and executing data-driven growth strategies Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex AI concepts
