Marketing Engineer

Owning the technical backbone of marketing systems, the full-time Marketing Engineer will manage tagging, tracking, and platform integrations across digital advertising, CRM, and local SEO in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Builds, maintains, and audits Google Tag Manager containers across client accounts, including tags, triggers, and variables Implements and troubleshoots conversion tracking across ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Bing Partners with SEM/PPC, CRM, and Local SEO teams to ensure accurate attribution and reporting through effective tracking support Required qualifications 2-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, particularly with Google Tag Manager Experience in implementing conversion tracking across major ad platforms and diagnosing related issues Familiarity with server-side tracking or a strong willingness to learn quickly Experience with at least one CRM system and connecting CRM data to ad platforms A four-year degree is preferred, or a proven track record of relevant experience
