You'll play a key role in improving efficiency, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the company's financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices accurately and efficiently, handling 200+ invoices per weekPartner with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving teams to resolve discrepanciesInvestigate payment delays and errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsBuild and maintain positive vendor relationshipsDrive process improvements and recommend system enhancementsManage corporate credit card administration, including setup, monitoring, statement review, and fraud preventionSupport travel and expense policy compliance and reimbursement processingPrepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts payableAssist with external audits and financial reporting activitiesEnsure compliance with tax regulations, including annual 1099 filingsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experienceExperience working in a high-growth, technology-driven environmentHands-on experience with Tipalti and/or RampProven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing (200+ invoices weekly)Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProcess-improvement mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsWork EnvironmentThis is a 100% onsite position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Initial onboarding/training in Everett, WA (1-2 weeks)Permanent office location in Seattle, WAEasily accessible via public transitHigh-volume AP environment with a goal of processing 250 invoices per weekCollaborative culture focused on growth, innovation, and teamworkReady to Join?If you're looking for more than just another AP role and want to join a company where you can make a visible impact while growing your career, apply today! Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
