The Warehouse Manager leads warehouse and production operations across multiple departments, including Equipment Prep, Laundry, Maintenance, and Warewashing. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, team development, safety, cost control, and service excellence while ensuring alignment with company objectives. The Warehouse Manager provides strategic leadership, develops operational initiatives, and partners cross-functionally to support continued growth and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
  • Lead and develop warehouse leadership teams to achieve operational, quality, safety, and financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices that promote safe, efficient, and organized warehouse operations.
  • Oversee equipment storage practices, production standards, and industrial vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish operational priorities, allocate resources, and oversee workforce planning to meet production goals and service expectations.
  • Act as the primary leader on-site during operations, ensuring timely decision-making and coordination across production departments.
• Performance and Process Improvement:
  • Utilize data and performance analytics to monitor productivity, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets while monitoring labor, equipment, and operational expenses.
  • Review and verify time and attendance records, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with scheduling policies.
  • Lead initiatives that streamline warehouse workflows, improve production standards, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and team members across multiple departments.
  • Communicate clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Oversee performance management, including coaching, disciplinary action, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Deliver training programs, including industrial vehicle training, to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with other functional leaders to ensure warehouse activities align with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational communication across warehouse functions and between internal teams.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and department leaders to align operational priorities and drive business objectives.
• Client Focus:
  • Drive a client-focused culture by ensuring operational performance consistently meets or exceeds service expectations.
  • Partner with other departments to proactively address client needs, resolve service issues, and contribute to an exceptional client experience.
• Safety and Risk Management:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee warehouse safety programs and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure equipment, industrial vehicles, and production practices meet regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 57 years of warehouse, logistics, production, or operations management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop teams, manage budgets, and drive operational performance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and written and verbal English.
• Completion of a Predictive Index Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment, background check, and drug screening.
