Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Medical-Surgical (12-Hour Days) CRITICAL Certification Filter Advanced Certifications Required: This facility requires both ACLS and PALS in addition to standard BLS. Ensure your candidates hold these specific credentials before pitching the role, as many standard Med-Surg candidates do not actively maintain PALS. Contract Details Location: Missouri Valley, IA area Shifts: Two shifts are currently available 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Schedule: Weekends required Start Date: ASAP Length: 13 weeks Requirements & Experience Experience: Core Medical-Surgical background required. Comfort and adaptability in a rural/critical access hospital setting is highly recommended. Licensure: Active Iowa (IA) or multi-state Compact RN license.
