Your Role as a Speech Pathologist

• Your meaningful contributions will include:
• Evaluating, assessing, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying challenges and adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
• Monitoring and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Celebrating patient achievements throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
• Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by relevant field experience.

Licensure or Certification:

• Must hold a valid state license in Speech Therapy.
• Completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory.
• BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be acquired within 30 days of starting this role.
