Senior Sigma Technical Lead

Overview:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

Strong hands on expertise with Sigma (Sigma Computing) as a front end analytics and reporting platform,

Ability to design and manage semantic models, workbooks, dashboards, and reusable metrics in Sigma

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide hands on technical leadership for Sigma Analytics solutions on a capacity basis, enabling scalable, self service enterprise reporting.

• Design, develop, and optimize Sigma dashboards and semantic models integrated with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks).

• Establish and enforce best practices for Sigma performance, security, and data governance.

• Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to translate analytical requirements into scalable solutions.

Mentor junior resources and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
