Systems Engineer II

Job Summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineerto assist in the development of the next-generation of Mercury's industry-leading edge processing solutions. In this role, you will be supporting Space programs, RF, Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines.You'll be working in a matrix organization on multi-disciplined engineering teams while collaborating with program management, operations, and our leadership to meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science degree or higher in a STEM (EE, CE, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
• Typically requires 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation
• Experience executing System Engineering activities such as translating stakeholder needs, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation.
• Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.
• This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance in the future. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Systems Engineering or STEM discipline.
• Applied experience in Jama & requirements management.
• Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
• Experience with RF and Mixed Signal, ADC and DAC, heterogenous (FPGA and SoC) processing applications.
• Master's degree in a Systems Engineering or STEM discipline.
• Systems Design experience.
• Familiarity with high-performance RF and digital processing solutions as applied to radar and Electronic Warfare systems.
• Experience in Confluence and Jira.
