Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows may be considered
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Proficiency with IEP documentation and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders within a school environment
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other providers to create a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• Offer consultation and guidance to students, caregivers, and instructional staff
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development sessions
