Receiver

A high-volume restaurant group located in Beverly Hills is seeking a reliable Receiver to manage the receiving and inventory of supplies and ingredients. Experience in the restaurant industry is a MUST for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

• Receive and inspect deliveries of supplies and ingredients, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Unload deliveries and store items in the appropriate locations, maintaining proper storage conditions.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is rotated and organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that supplies are available and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area and storage rooms.
• Communicate with vendors regarding any issues with deliveries or orders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Receiver or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Restaurant industry experience is required.
