Sales and Marketing Director - Senior Living Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year About the Opportunity We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to join a senior living community in Plymouth Meeting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting families with the right resources, and helping seniors find a place where they can truly feel at home. In this role, you will partner closely with the Executive Director and community team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, strengthen referral relationships, and support overall community occupancy and growth. The ideal candidate is both people-oriented and goal-focused, with strong communication skills, a passion for serving older adults, and a proven background in sales, marketing, or senior living. What You'll Do Lead daily sales and marketing efforts to support community occupancy and census goals Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process Develop outreach strategies and maintain a strong presence within the local community Track sales activity, follow up with leads, and use data to identify opportunities for growth Work collaboratively with community leadership and staff to provide an excellent experience for prospective and current residents Represent the community with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred At least 2 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, retirement communities, or a related healthcare environment Previous inside and/or outside sales experience strongly preferred Genuine interest in working with and supporting older adults Strong customer service skills and a history of achieving measurable results Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities Comfortable using computers and working with sales and occupancy data Self-directed, dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and respect for resident privacy Ability to meet required health standards and successfully complete background screening Benefits The benefits package includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance No-cost telemedicine for employees and eligible family members Flexible Spending Account Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Optional short-term disability, accident, critical illness, and other supplemental coverage Pet insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Employee referral bonuses Employee discounts with participating retailers and service providers #J-18808-Ljbffr
