Service Advisor

We want to speak with you regarding a career in automotive service.Job Duties:Greets customers in a timely, friendly mannerWriting Repair Orders and explaining chargesPerforming vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concernsProvides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and partsCheck the progress of repair throughout the dayContacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impactsMaintains strong customer satisfactionAdvises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specificationsFollows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisorJob Requirements:Prior sales experience preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not requiredExperience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activitiesExcellent interpersonal skills with Superior Customer Service SkillsA positive attitude and strong willingness to learnBenefits offered:Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Short/Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
