Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At GreenLight ABA , we are dedicated to providing personalized ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs while fostering independence and improving quality of life. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking caring, collaborative, and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Tucson, Arizona . As an RBT, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children ages 2 to 18 , implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA, and support children and their families in developing skills that promote independence and positive behavior change.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA

• Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and independence skills

• Collect and accurately document data during therapy sessions

• Follow individualized treatment plans and BCBA recommendations

• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families to support client progress

• Help children and their families build skills that promote independence and positive behavior change

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification preferred, or BT experience providing ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA

• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes

• Willingness and ability to pass a background check
