The role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing complex cases and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Job Details Position Type: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Open Heart Shift Details: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Start Date: 09/27/2026 End Date: 12/26/2026 Required Qualifications: RN license, ACLS, and BLS certifications; BSN and CNOR preferred; Valid drivers license; Ascension Profile; Two professional references; Resume required for submission. Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours, minimum 40 hours per week Responsibilities include managing perioperative care for open heart surgeries, assisting with surgical procedures, and maintaining sterile environments. Candidates must have the ability to work on-call, with approximately 15 calls per month, and be available to work every other weekend, including holidays such as Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
