Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) A&M’s GTA practice, within our Transaction Advisory Group, has an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing team in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles and San Francisco. We are seeking a Manager to bring their energy, passion, and expertise to help our clients get the answers they need to get the deal done across the investment lifecycle from pre‑deal to post‑deal analysis. How You Will Contribute As a Manager in our GTA practice, you will have the opportunity to work with our highly motivated and effective team of professionals on a variety of interesting projects across different industries including but not limited to manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services as well as healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services. You will add value to our clients by offering data‑enabled business, financial, and operational transparency during pre‑acquisition due diligence or post‑acquisitions performance improvement projects. Qualifications A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services Buy‑side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field Understanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics and visualization approaches Strong technical background with hands‑on data analytics experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau and/or Power BI), big data and machine learning concepts Ability to leverage business intelligence software Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a thorough yet concise manner Exceptional project management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work as both a team member in a collaborative setting and as an individual contributor Ability to thrive and be effective in fast‑paced settings Compensation The base salary is $160,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
