Quick Facts Location: Dayton Children's Hospital, Dayton, OH Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Monday Friday, 07:00 AM 03:30 PM Hours/Week: 35 hours/week Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certifications: Ohio Medical License, DEA, Board Certification in Anesthesiology, CSR, Life Certifications required Experience: Pediatric and adult anesthesia, supervisions of CRNAs preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $0.00 per hour (rate discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave as per applicable laws Travel and licensure reimbursements (mileage, rental car, hotel, flights) 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide anesthesia coverage for approximately surgical cases daily in a Level I Trauma Center Supervise CRNAs within a care team model Manage anesthesia care for diverse patient populations, from neonatal to adult patients Collaborate with a collegial team of healthcare professionals including RNs, surgical techs, APPs, and surgeons Ensure high standards of patient safety and care during surgical procedures Maintain compliance with all applicable hospital policies and state laws What You Need Ohio medical license (or eligible for licensure) DEA registration and Ohio CSR Certification in Life Support (ACLS, PALS as appropriate) At least 2 years of anesthesia practice experience, including pediatric cases Strong supervision skills for CRNAs Excellent communication and teamwork abilities About the Assignment This assignment at a leading facility in Dayton, Ohio, offers diverse pediatric and adult anesthesia cases within a busy hospital environment.
