Grain Merchandiser- needed in NW Kansas!

Grain Merchandiser Responsibilities:


•Capitalize on opportunities by making recommendations to management and staff regarding changes in the grain market


•Build relationships within the community and outside customers


•Trade a variety of crops: wheat, flax, canola, durum, corn, pulse crops, etc.


•Provide a summary and distribute information to other stakeholders in the company including accounting and facilities staff


•Monitor future markets on a regular basis

Grain Merchandiser Qualifications:


•5-10 years of grain merchandising experience required


•Proficient in various software systems


•Strong communication and math skills


•Experience with crops that are typical throughout the region
