Join our team at Momentous Health at Vandalia! We are seeking a dependable, energetic Cook who takes pride in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals according to menus and therapeutic diet requirements.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory management.
Work collaboratively with dietary staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
Ensure meals are served in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience preferred, especially in healthcare, long-term care, or food service.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Compassionate attitude toward serving seniors.
