Material Handler 1 - 2nd Shift - Plating Operations

With some supervision, performs Material Handling duties within the 3DI business unit that pertains to the Logistics Department.
- Logistics is responsible for transacting all product into and out of the 3DI plating work center
- Transfer materials from the incoming rack, into fixtures and placing them into carts to move to the next operation. Verifying panels are transacted properly, and are secured into the fixtures.
- Visually inspecting all incoming and outgoing product for compliance to acceptability specifications.
- Transacting panels through multiple stages of the Plating operations.
- Chemical handling
o Responsible for moving chemicals to and from stock location
o Manage the inventory on all chemicals and consumables
o Perform daily and weekly cycle counts
o Move material to and from stock locations
Education / Qualifications
Previous experience with scanning and tracking systems is preferred
1 year of Material Handling experience is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Candidate should possess good computer skills including email through Outlook and have the ability to learn SAP
Visual product inspection experience is required
Per OSHA guidelines, be able to lift up to 50lbs. with assistance.
Strong attention to detail is an absolute requirement

Compensation Data Starting Pay: $17.50/hour. Rates are higher based upon experience. Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
