Shift Leader, Men's Treatment (Residential Life) PT

Straight and Narrow is seeking a part-time Residential Life Shift Leader for its Paterson, NJ programs. The role provides on-site leadership during assigned shifts, maintains a safe and supportive environment for clients in substance use treatment, and coordinates with clinical and medical teams to ensure continuity of care.
