This all star will work alongside our lead housekeeper and other team members to care for our residents home. This role provides housekeeping services to resident apartments and common areas while supporting a positive resident experience through attention to detail, professionalism, and compassionate service. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, team-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas on a scheduled basis Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the community Ensure all areas remain neat, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests Follow housekeeping schedules, infection control, and cleaning procedures Communicate effectively with housekeeping and community team members Support resident comfort and satisfaction through respectful and friendly interactions Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies appropriately Help create a warm and home-like environment for residents Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, environmental services, or senior living experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and resident-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What Makes a Great Fit We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail Enjoys helping others and working with seniors Brings positivity and teamwork to every shift Maintains professionalism and reliability Understands the important role housekeeping plays in resident comfort and quality of life What Our Associates Say About Charter
