Order SelectorWe're seeking Order Pickers to work at a local company in Lakeland, FL 33810.Day Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00am to 1:30pm or to finish.Pay Rate: $17.00 an hourTemp to hireRoles and Responsibilities:Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and customer requirements.Use hand-held scanners and/or warehouse management systems to track orders and inventory.Safely operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.Verify the accuracy of picked orders to minimize errors and returns.Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and palletizing items for dispatch.Restock shelves and maintain inventory organization and cleanliness.Communicate effectively with warehouse team members and supervisors.Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Preferred Qualifications:Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to lift up 50 lbs.Helping you discover what's next in your career is what we're all about, so let's get to work.
