Type: Full-Time We’re hiring a Superintendent who knows how to run a jobsite—plain and simple. Our work includes Quick Serve Restaurants (QSR) , retail, and general commercial builds across Riverside County. Ground-up, remodels, tenant improvements—you’ve done it all and kept projects moving without excuses. What You’ll Do: Run the field—schedules, subs, inspections, safety Coordinate crews, deliveries, materials, and equipment Keep jobs on track, on time, and built right Communicate daily with PMs, inspectors, and owners Solve problems fast and keep the site moving forward Ensure safety and quality from start to final punch What You Bring: 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial/QSR construction Ground-up and TI experience with a strong eye for detail Knowledge of local codes, inspections, and permitting in Riverside County Able to read and build directly from plans—no hand-holding OSHA 30 required Good with schedules (Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar) You lead from the front and don’t wait around to be told what to do We Offer: Solid pay Vehicle allowance or company truck Stable pipeline of projects across Southern California A team that respects boots-on-the-ground leadership No corporate fluff.
