Lead HVAC Installer

Total Services is looking for a full-time Lead HVAC Installer with 3+ years of successful experience to service Chatham County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems May cut, build and install ductwork and/or furnaces, as needed Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintains a clean and safe work environment Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s) Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Install Helpers!
