$3.75 Shift Differential will apply after 3:00PM!

7am-11pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Florence, AL. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our rehabilitation and wellness center on weekends, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses and support staff on weekends

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Conduct rounds on patients, address concerns and complaints, and make necessary adjustments to care plans

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

• Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Alabama

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
