Nurse Manager

Position Nurse Manager (RN) at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, Chester, NJ. Full-time Monday‑Friday 8:00‑16:00 with availability for nights and weekends. Provide clinical leadership during crises to maintain continuity of care. Maintain approved patient‑care standards and collaborate on service or program development. Promote staff clinical development and competency to maximize patient outcomes. Evaluate performance of nursing staff and assist in hiring new staff. Ensure accurate documentation, patient education, and discharge planning. Facilitate smooth unit functioning by directing staff, coordinating with other departments, and communicating with families. Minimum Requirements Valid state RN license. Three to five years of nursing experience, including supervisory experience. BSN degree or enrollment in a BSN program. Certified BLS before hire date. Certified ACLS or completion within the first six months of employment. Preferred Qualifications CRRN certification after meeting eligibility requirements.
