Senior Director of Operations — Lean Manufacturing Leader

OPW, a Dover company, seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead the CES manufacturing footprint. You will drive Lean practices, implement daily management systems, and align sites with strategic objectives while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met.
Reporting to the VP/GM, you will craft capacity plans, deploy governance, and partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to optimize value streams and capital deployment.
