Jimmy John's Store Operations Assistant

This job contributes to Jimmy John's success by assisting the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity. The incumbent is responsible for acting in accordance with Jimmy John's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Directing employees to complete tasks and to various work stations
• Executing store systems and procedures during shifts
• Following all operational procedures, including those for cash handling
• Maintaining a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume and setting the pace for the team
• Delivering outstanding customer service to all customers by acting with a customer first attitude
• Assisting with new employee training

This Jimmy John's is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement with LPH Ventures, franchisor of the Jimmy Johns system. Ability to direct the work of others. Ability to work in a team. Strong interpersonal skills. At least 18 years of age.
