THE POSITION Main Activities and Responsibilities: Reporting to the FIFA Senior Licensing & Retail Manager, the Licensing & Retail Venue Manager will oversee the Miami Hard Rock Stadium Retail operation. Manage the day-to-day relationship with the appointed retail partner. Ensure operational retail excellence for FCWC25. Act as the key contact for licensing and retail operations, including FIFA Commercial Affiliates (sponsors), reporting, and analytics. The main responsibilities include: Managing the appointed retail partner, including timelines and deliverables. Communicating tournament information to stakeholders. Attending daily Venue Meetings during the Tournament. Ensuring FIFA Store readiness at Match Day. Maintaining smooth operation of FIFAStores at capacity. Providing status and sales reports as needed. Locations Miami and Orlando. YOUR PROFILE Candidates should demonstrate: Accountability, decision-making, inclusivity, innovation, leadership, and vision. Experience required: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5 years in retail, event retail, licensing, or account management. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Self-starter with strong commercial acumen. Excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones. Highly organized with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and planning tools.
