- Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care strategies
- Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions either independently or with physician collaboration (depending on credentialing)
- Providing valuable education to patients and families on preventive measures, wellness strategies, and disease management
- Prescribing medications and therapies in line with your scope of practice
- Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic disease management
- Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, comprehensive care
- Accurately documenting all patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington state
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), or the ability to obtain these within 90 days
- Remarkable clinical expertise complemented by a warm, empathetic approach
